Caramel Apple Cider Float
During the fall + the holidays, spice things up with a caramel apple cider float! When you make it with local goods, it tastes even better! We used our vanilla bean ice cream, but you could substitute it out for salted caramel, butter pecan, or another favorite! If you don’t like the ratio you can also change it up to your taste!
Ingredients
- 2-3 scoops of Dan and Debbie’s vanilla bean ice cream (or whatever your favorite is!)
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup ginger ale
- caramel sauce
Instructions
- Add scoops of vanilla ice cream in a mug.
- Pour the cider over the ice cream, followed by the ginger ale.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and enjoy! You can also garnish with cinnamon, a cinnamon stick, or a sliced apple.
