
Creamy White Gravy
This creamy white gravy is perfect for mashed potatoes, biscuits or anything you put gravy on!
Ingredients

4 tablespoon Dan and Debbie’s salted butter

4 tablespoon all purpose flour

2 cups Dan and Debbie’s milk whole preferred or 2%

1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste

1 teaspoon salt, kosher or to taste
Instructions

Melt butter in a sauce pan or skillet over medium heat.

Add flour to butter and whisk constantly until smooth, about one minute.

Slowly whisk in milk until well combined. Bring mixture to a low boil then lower the heat and simmer until thickened. Add more milk if thinner consistency is desired.

Stir in salt and pepper. Serve warm.
