Creamy White Gravy

This creamy white gravy is perfect for mashed potatoes, biscuits or anything you put gravy on!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon Dan and Debbie’s salted butter

  • 4 tablespoon all purpose flour

  • 2 cups Dan and Debbie’s milk whole preferred or 2%

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste

  • 1 teaspoon salt, kosher or to taste

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a sauce pan or skillet over medium heat.

  • Add flour to butter and whisk constantly until smooth, about one minute.

  • Slowly whisk in milk until well combined. Bring mixture to a low boil then lower the heat and simmer until thickened. Add more milk if thinner consistency is desired.

  • Stir in salt and pepper. Serve warm.
