
Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients

1/2 cup Dan and Debbie’s whole milk

1 2/3 cups all purpose flour

1 cup sugar

1/4 tsp baking soda
-
1 tsp backing powder
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
3/4 cup Dan and Debbie’s salted butter
-
3 egg whites
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Sift your dry ingredients in a bowl [flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, + salt].

In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients until combined [milk, butter, egg whites, vanilla extract + sour cream]. They might be clumpy but that’s okay!

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

Add your batter to your prepared cupcake tins with liners. Bake at 350 degreed for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Frost with your favorite frosting and enjoy with a cold glass of Dan and Debbie’s milk!
