Charcuterie Cups
The next time you’re looking for a fun, creative, and easy way to serve a charcuterie-style spread at your next gathering, try charcuterie cups! These individual charcuterie cups are not only adorable but also a convenient way to serve appetizers. Whether you’re hosting a party, a family dinner, or a special celebration, these personalized servings allow your guests to enjoy a variety of delicious snacks without the need for communal dipping or sharing from a large platter.
Ingredients
- Dan and Debbie’s farmhouse cheddar cheese
- Nuts (I used peanuts, but you could use pecans, etc.)
- Crackers (your favorite)
- Strawberries
- Dried Apricots
- Chocolate covered raspberries (or your favorite sweet addition)
- Prosciutto
Instructions
- Start by selecting your cup. Depending on your gathering you might consider plastic cups for simplicity, or if you are hosting an intimate shower, maybe you want to use glass. Plastic drink cups or plastic champagne glasses work great! Look for clear plastic cups that will allow the vibrant colors of your ingredients to shine through.
- Assemble your charcuterie cups however you wish — you’re the artist! If you are making these for a tailgate or game night, maybe add popcorn, flavored nuts, or meat sticks! Or if you are creating them for a bridal or baby shower, maybe add the guest of honor’s favorite snacks and dress it up a bit! Are you a big cheese lover? Try adding some of our flavored cheese curds! It’s your canvas – make it beautiful!
- Once you’ve assembled your charcuterie cups, arrange them on a wooden board or serving tray for a rustic, inviting look. These cups can be served immediately or chilled for a bit before your guests arrive.
