How Often Will I Get Delivery?
If your zip code is listed on our current offerings you are eligible for a weekly delivery. For consistency we deliver to each zip code on the same day a week.
How do I skip a date on my recurring subscription?
If you’re planning on being gone a week you are able to skip a delivery by cancelling it on your Barn2Door account. Click here for instructions.
Is There A Delivery Fee?
Delivery is free if you spend over $50.00. There is a $5.00 delivery fee on any purchase less than $50.00.
What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you’re address is apart of our delivery route you we will be assigned a day each week. The morning of your weekly delivery date you should place a cooler and plenty of ice packs or frozen water bottles in the cooler for us to leave your products. Your milkman will be happy to leave your items in that cooler. We do encourage that you leave the cooler in a shaded spot especially during the summer months.
How do I pay for the delivery?
You will have the option to pay via credit card at the time you place your order. You can also select cash/check but that must be left in the cooler in order for us to leave your order. If you select a milk subscription you will be charged each week or you will have the option of paying for the full subscription up front.
When will my delivery arrive?
This is a learning process for us as we embark on this journey. We are planning to load the truck up and head out first thing in the morning around 8:00 a.m. and will continue until all deliveries are made. After a few weeks we will be able to better understand the route and should be able to give you a more narrow window as to when we might arrive at your house. We appreciate patience in the beginning, but please rest assured we will get you the goods as soon as we can!
Can I have a standing order?
Right now, we are offering milk subscriptions and egg subscriptions. You can sign up to receive a gallon (or more) of milk weekly as well as eggs. We will do other subscriptions in the future but right now everything else can be ordered a la carte.
How do I place my order? Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum. Ordering is easy — go to our online delivery store. First make sure that we deliver to your area. [Remember we are just starting out so we are starting small. If you’re really wanting the delivery service to your town email us at info@dananddebbies.com. Demand will drive our expansion.] Once you find that we deliver to your area go ahead and start shopping. Add items you want in your cart and check out!
