… Nineteen years ago my parents started dairy farming and I remember throughout the course of that my dad talked about wanting to offer a product where he had control over it from start to finish.

…We made our first vat of cheese. We had a cheese maker come down from Decorah, Iowa come down and teach us how to make cheese.

…Being a small operation we are putting a lot more quality and care into our cheese curds. Small batch curds allow us to have greater control.
