Roasted Vegetables with Bacon and Cheddar

Sometimes the best recipes are ones where you add a little of this and a little of that. Here’s one of those recipes.
  • Brussel Sprouts cut in halves
  • Broccoli cut in bite size pieces
Coat veggies lightly in olive oil and your favorite seasonings and roast for 20-25 mins on 400°F.
  • Fry and cut bacon. Top on cooked vegetables
  • Shred Dan and Debbie’s Farmhouse Cheddar. Sprinkle on top of cooked veggies and bacon.
Place dish back in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
