Out-of-this-world Corn Dip
Before the summer runs out make this deliciously creamy corn dip! It’s perfect as a pool side snack, or a sharable side for a backyard barbecue. We made it with our rich Garden Cheddar, but you can try it with any of our aged cheddar cheeses. For spicy food lovers, try it with our Buffalo or Jalapeño Cheddar Cheeses.
With farm fresh sweet corn and our aged cheddar, this easy corn dip will have your family and friends asking for the recipe!
INGREDIENTS
- 11 oz of your favorite farm fresh sweet corn – off the cob
- 1 (7 oz) can chopped green chiles
- 1 (6 oz) can chopped jalapeño peppers drained and liquid added to taste
- 1/2 cup green onion chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package shredded Dan & Debbie’s Garden Cheddar sharp cheddar cheese
- Enjoy with corn chips
DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chips.

For best results, chill for at least two hours, or overnight. Serve with corn chips.
