Easy Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo
Who doesn’t love a dump or set-it-and-forget-it meal!? And did I mention it’s a one pot meal? You must try this super easy crock pot chicken Alfredo recipe using our handcrafted butter and whipping cream!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp Dan and Debbie’s salted butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups Dan and Debbie’s heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta, uncooked
DIRECTIONS
- I add the chicken breast, cream cheese, cubed butter, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, chicken broth, and heavy whipping cream into a slow cooker. Then I cook it on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5, until the chicken breast is fully cooked.
- Then I remove the chicken from my crock pot and shred it. Then I add the shredded chicken back to the crockpot along with the pasta, parmesan cheese and cook it on high for about 35-40 minutes, or until the pasta is fully cooked through.
- You could top it with freshly grated parmesan and chopped greens if you like and enjoy!
