Meal Prepped Baked Oats

These meal prepped baked oats will make you actually want to get up in the morning!

DIRECTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a 9 x 9 pan, mash the bananas. Add oats, protein powder, milk and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
  • Add frozen blueberries, maple syrup, and greek yogurt. Stir until just combined. [I used a reusable straw and dragged it through the oat mixture until the berries and yogurt was distributed throughout]
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  • Serve with yogurt and drizzled peanut butter. Store the rest in the fridge and eat hot or cold.
