Meal Prepped Baked Oats
These meal prepped baked oats will make you actually want to get up in the morning!
INGREDIENTS
Icing
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 bananas
- 3/4 cup protein powder [I used vanilla flavored]
- 1 3/4 cup Dan and Debbie’s whole milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 6 tbsp vanilla greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a 9 x 9 pan, mash the bananas. Add oats, protein powder, milk and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
- Add frozen blueberries, maple syrup, and greek yogurt. Stir until just combined. [I used a reusable straw and dragged it through the oat mixture until the berries and yogurt was distributed throughout]
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve with yogurt and drizzled peanut butter. Store the rest in the fridge and eat hot or cold.
