Often referred to as “squeaky cheese,” our fresh cheddar cheese curds offer that popular squeak craved by many. We make each batch of cheese curds using 488 gallons of fresh from the farm whole milk.
Our curds are a mild white cheddar base with that springy texture that makes them squeak with every bite, especially when at room temperature. The enzymes used to make our curds offer savory cheddar notes leaving people wanting more.

There are five savory flavors of cheese curds available at our creamery store and many area retailers. White Cheddar is our original flavor. We also add fresh herbs and spices to white cheddar curds to make four other delicious flavors: Onion and Chive, Dill, Tomato Basil, and Spicy Chipotle.
On occasion, we also bag up Cheese Curd Toppers at our store. These are the little curd pieces left over after bagging our full-sized white cheddar cheese curds. They are perfect for cooking and can be used in place of shredded cheese to garnish soups, salads, and more!
