Crunch Wraps
Mix up your taco Tuesday with these addicting crunch wraps! If you like a little kick like me, use our spicy Jalapeno cheddar. If you like to keep your tacos on the mild side, our creamy Farmhouse cheddar is the way to go!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb ground beef; seasoned with taco seasoning
- Fresh lettuce
- Fresh tomatoes
- Dan and Debbie’s Sharp Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese
- Local sour cream
- Tortillas [If you really like a good crunch, you can get soft and hard shell tortillas]
DIRECTIONS
- Brown your ground beef and add in your taco seasoning.
- Assemble your taco, putting your mixing in the center of your soft tortilla. It tends to work best when you put your sour cream on top to use as a ‘glue’. Now’s also the time to add your hard shell tortilla right before your sour cream for an added crunch!
- Start wrapping your crunch wrap by folding your tortilla to the center, it will look like a circular puck.
- Place your tortilla in a large oiled pan over medium high heat. Let one side of your wrap brown before carefully flipping it. It should take 2-3 minutes per side. Make sure you melt that cheese!
- Serve and enjoy!
